Duke

aug 005

This little shih tzu was found wandering, her coat so matted that it had to be removed, it came off like sheering a sheep.
Though microchipped, her owner remained untraced, due to out of date information. this lovey lively little lady quickly found a home and is now well loved, and looking like a shih tzu again.

oct 005Ginger

Dear Ginger, her story is so well known, she had so many home offers, she is now living in Hampshire.

Alfie 2

Alfie, was a little destructive initially, but settled in to become a well loved family dog.

Tara, lovely young collie now has a wonderful home, and she obviously enjoys herself at the agility events she attends, and has gone on to win her the class a few times. Well done to Tara, and her patient owners who now have another rescue dog.

HOMING

When we home one of our dogs, we love to hear how they are doing in their new homes.
It is great to have some photos too.

Though we do not have some of the dogs with us for long we still become very attached to them, and wonder how they are getting on in their new homes.

A few dogs are with us for a long time, Tye a rottie was probably with us for longer than any other, and It was really special to see him in his new home. Relaxed and at ease, obviously feeling secure and comfortable after 18 months in a kennel.
